Questions we get asked.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs inside Telegram — the bot and the Mini App. There is no separate app and no account to create.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. Every new user gets one owner search and one property detail free, added automatically the first time you open the bot. No card, no form.
Do my credits expire?
Credits bought pay-as-you-go do not expire. Monthly plans run for 30 days.
Can I use it in Arabic?
Yes — Arabic, and six others. English, العربية, اردو, हिन्दी, Русский, Español and 中文, across the whole bot and Mini App.
How does inviting people work?
Everyone has a personal invite link from the moment they open the bot — there is nothing to apply for. You earn 10% of everything the people you bring in spend, calculated on the net amount excluding VAT. It is credit: it lands in your wallet and comes off your next purchase, with no cap and no expiry. It is not a cash payout and there is no withdrawal.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Card payment is handled in the app. Bank transfer is available for larger accounts by arrangement — message @DXBHawk_Support and we will set it up.
What if a search finds nothing?
You get the credit back. If a search returns no result, it is refunded — you are charged for answers, not for attempts.
Is every mobile number available?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Most searches return a name and a mobile; some return a name only. You are told what was found.
